Course delivery and completion record
Course developed by Todd Jerome Jenkins, MS, CSP.
Public learner reference. Reading or printing this file does not record course time or award completion. Use the registered classroom for separate alcohol/drug instruction, exercises, checks and assessment. Use fictional facts only.
| Block | Required recorded instruction |
|---|---|
| Alcohol misuse | At least 60 minutes; six 10-minute instruction activities |
| Controlled-substances use | At least 60 minutes; six 10-minute instruction activities |
Start the study session before each lesson. Use its reading/listening, original case, written analysis, debrief/correction and practice. The server credits elapsed intervals up to 30 seconds between confirmations; idle/offline gaps and unconfirmed intervals are not backfilled. The browser pauses on hidden pages or lost focus and requests periodic continuing-study confirmation. Server-recorded participation is not independent proof of identity or attention.
Each lesson needs 10 recorded minutes, a saved 100–4,000-character fictional response with self-review acknowledgment, and its correct practice answer. Complete both blocks, then the 24-question final: at least 80 percent and all critical items correct. Three confirmed submissions per set with targeted review; existing free-course reset rules apply. Any 1–5 star course rating finishes the course. There is no additional charge or paid certificate offer.
Open Resources & record in the registered classroom to print the protected training completion record or download your account record. The printable record lists learner, registration, version, dates and separate alcohol/drug minutes. Responses are self-reviewed, not individually graded. It does not claim DOT approval, medical credentials, independent skill evaluation or employer designation.
