The objective can change. The procedure stays clear.

01 / Draw and play

Take one scheduled turn.

Draw two cards, or one if you are the dealer. Play one Action, Chaos, Modifier, or Anchor, or pass. Count turns across the whole table.

02 / Respond

One chance to interrupt.

Go around the table once, starting after the active player and ending with them. Each player may play one legal Interrupt or pass. Resolve pending effects newest first.

03 / Adapt

Watch the Chaos Level.

A Chaos card starting resolution at Level 3 or higher resolves twice. At Levels 4–5, two conditions are active and either can win. A card starting at Level 5 also replaces the older condition once after resolution.

04 / Check victory

Turn 15 opens the race.

Check current active conditions after each completed turn from total turn 15 onward. The current dealer cannot win a normal checkpoint. Multiple qualifying players share victory.

05 / Rotate

The dealer changes every round.

After everyone has had one scheduled turn, expire round effects and move the dealer counterclockwise. The former dealer draws two cards. Total turn count never resets.

06 / Finish

The game ends by turn 30.

After turn 30’s normal victory check, if nobody wins, the players with the fewest cards in hand share victory, including the dealer. Stop before dealer rotation or reward draws.
