Policy and HOP sample
[Employer] shall prevent or minimize exposure through work design, engineering controls, safe work practices and appropriate PPE. Provide required supplies, training, vaccination, medical evaluation and follow-up without cost to covered employees. Protect good-faith reporting and confidential medical information. HOP remains part of this plan. An exposure may reflect unavailable supplies, poor container placement, rushed response, inadequate staffing, unclear role boundaries or unsuitable equipment. Listen to workers, improve those conditions and learn from successful responses as well as incidents. Do not make protection depend solely on remembering a warning. Initial objective: complete exposure determination and verify control, training and immediate medical-referral arrangements for every covered role. Owner/target/resources: [complete].
Excerpt only. Full task controls, forms, crosswalk and use terms are in the protected package.
