Choose a site above, then download its inventory and attached SDS PDFs. Only successfully saved documents are marked available offline. A QR link or live website needs a connection unless the site library is already downloaded.
Keep the app open when a connection returns. Sending while the app is closed is not guaranteed. Prepare separate emergency access arrangements for a lost phone, cleared browser storage or device failure.
How this fits Hazard Communication and Z10
SDS sections can populate a PPE assessment draft with original document and page references. Section 8 supplies exposure-control/PPE guidance; Section 7 covers handling; Sections 4-6 cover first aid, fire and spills. The employer must assess actual work, other hazards, exposure and controls, then select suitable, compatible and properly fitting PPE. Respirator decisions require a separate review. Image-only PDFs and ambiguous or incomplete sections are flagged. The inventory and SDS library support your employer’s Hazard Communication program. They do not replace task-specific exposure assessment, controls, worker training, labels or emergency arrangements.
Search results are candidates. Check the product identifier, manufacturer, formulation/concentration, U.S. English version and revision. Keep the original PDF. Request it from the manufacturer or supplier if it cannot be found.
“Reviewed” records a document-match review; it is not a compliance finding or permission to use a chemical. Record introduction approval and controls separately. Product or SDS changes reset the match review.
