An inquiry is not a booking
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, or create a confirmed appointment. Todd will discuss the request and confirm availability, scope, location and service terms separately.
Local coverage and notice
In-person services focus on Fort Mill and Indian Land, South Carolina. Nearby locations in York and Lancaster Counties are considered by agreement; travel arrangements, if any, must be confirmed. Writing assistance may be provided remotely.
24/7 availability is by appointment with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Next-day appointments are generally possible when scheduling permits; legal prerequisites and actual availability still apply.
Quotes and payment
Prices are quoted after the scope is discussed. No payment is collected by this form. The intended sequence is inquiry, availability confirmation, agreed terms, then invoice/payment through the existing shared payment system.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Contact Todd as soon as plans change. Rescheduling depends on availability. Any applicable cancellation, deposit or refund terms must be provided and agreed before an appointment or payment is confirmed. Any fees or refund terms are explained before you agree to a service.
Legal and symbolic ceremonies
A legally recognized marriage requires a valid South Carolina marriage license and compliance with the issuing court’s current instructions. Renewals, symbolic unions and commitment ceremonies do not create a legal marriage. Some faith-specific rites require a representative authorized by that tradition; Todd will not claim authority he does not hold.

Personalized wedding ceremony
From $350
A planning conversation, a ceremony written around your story, one revision round, and officiating on the day. Rehearsal attendance is separate.
Personal vow writing
From $150
A planning conversation, one person’s set of vows, one revision round, and editable and reading-friendly text. Writing for both partners is quoted separately.
Vow renewal / commitment ceremony
From $250
A planning conversation, a personalized ceremony with one revision round, and officiating. These are symbolic ceremonies rather than a legal marriage.
Memorials, celebrations of life, full-script writing, and other special ceremonies are individually quoted.
Rehearsal attendance: $100 per visit, plus applicable travel. Rehearsals are arranged separately and depend on availability.
Travel: $1 per round-trip mile
Travel is separate from the service price and uses round-trip driving mileage from Todd’s Fort Mill starting location to the agreed venue and back. A venue 20 driving miles away adds $40 for the 40-mile round trip. Each separately agreed visit has its own travel calculation. Remote writing has no mileage charge.
Starting prices cover the listed scope. Additional writing, revisions, or special arrangements are quoted before you agree. Your written quote confirms the service, mileage, and total before an appointment is confirmed. This form collects no payment.
