Inquiry privacy
Your service type, name, email, optional phone, preferred date and time, location where relevant, and request description are used to review and respond to your inquiry and plan an agreed service.
Private handling
Inquiries are stored in the website’s private database and are available only to Todd’s verified owner account. If email notifications are enabled, a notification may identify the inquiry reference; the inquiry itself remains in the private inbox. Contact details are not added to a marketing list by this form.
Basic spam checks use a short-lived verification challenge, submission limits and a hashed network-address key where available. Please do not include identification numbers, completed marriage licenses, financial information or unnecessary sensitive personal details.
Requests and retention
Use the service inquiry form to ask Todd about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry. Records needed for an agreed service or a legal obligation may need to be retained. Records are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule.
Other services
The existing website hosting and database handle the inquiry. If notification email is enabled, the website’s existing email provider handles that notification. Payments and digital-product checkout are inactive here.
