Start with 10 included users and select the total capacity you need, up to 100. For 21 users, pay the $1,999.99 base plus 11 additional users at $10 each: $2,109.99 per year before tax. All 21 users count toward your 4,200 included annual Training Credits.

What each employee seat allows

Capacity covers company training connections. The subscription owner occupies one slot: a 10-user plan has room for the owner and nine employee connections. Pending invitations reserve slots until they expire or are removed.

A training connection alone does not grant company-workspace editing, Program Shelf access, company package downloads, billing controls or access to other employees’ records. Shared employee workspaces remain a separate pilot. Any independently purchased access keeps its own terms.

What the company sees: the connected employee’s name, assigned courses, employer due dates and assignment status, plus its funded certificates’ courses, issue dates and credit use. Grades and unrelated personal learning stay private.

Leaving a company connection stops new assignments and company funding and cancels outstanding company assignments. Earned certificates and the personal learning account stay with the employee; the company retains its assignment and funded-certificate history.

How company training works

  1. Choose capacity, confirm company details and pay the annual subscription through Stripe.
  2. Confirmed payment activates your company credit pool. Connect employees using email-bound invitation links from your account.
  3. Employees use their own learning accounts. Use 40 Training Credits per earned certificate only after the learner meets course requirements and the certificate is first issued. Study, failed attempts and reprints use no credits.
  4. The company sees the issued training entry. Each learner keeps their personal certificate and free reprints.

Subscription & Training Credit terms

Jenkins Safety Management System (jSMS), one legal company: annual subscription charged now and renewed automatically at the selected capacity price plus applicable tax until canceled online. The annual base price is $1,999.99 and includes 10 users. Each additional user above 10 costs $10 per year. Select total capacity from 10 through 100 users; for example, 21 users cost $2,109.99 per year before tax. Includes the released company workspace and digital program/training material library. Each paid capacity seat provides 200 annual Training Credits, pooled for the company. Eligible standard course certificates cost 40 Training Credits per earned certificate, charged only on first issuance; assignment, study, failed attempts and reprints do not consume credits. Course completion and passing requirements still apply. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and do not guarantee certification, qualification or employer authorization. Unused included credits expire at the end of each paid annual period; a confirmed paid renewal creates a fresh allocation. Employee changes within purchased capacity grant no new credits. Fractional credit calculations round down. No add-on credit sales are currently offered. The subscription owner can increase capacity in Company Training Credits. Stripe shows the prorated charge and applicable tax before confirmation. Added capacity activates only after confirmed payment and the applied subscription update. The annual renewal date stays the same; the next annual renewal uses the increased capacity. Additional Training Credits are prorated for the remaining annual period, rounded down, and expire with that period. Online capacity decreases are not offered. Cancel renewal before the next charge in account billing; paid access continues through the paid period. No voluntary prorated refunds, subject to rights required by law. Issued certificates and personal records remain retained after subscription expiry. External products, physical goods and professional services are separate.

New capacity plans apply to new subscriptions. Existing paid subscriptions keep their recorded terms. Training Credits are internal entitlements rather than cash or a monetary account balance. Company subscription owners can increase user capacity in their account, with Stripe showing the prorated charge and applicable tax before confirmation. Standalone credit packs and online capacity decreases are not offered.
