Jenkins Research Institute is an independently administered research institute/initiative founded by Todd Jerome Jenkins. Its institutional framework is established; the research program and independent ethics oversight are being developed.
JRI plans rigorous inquiry into human performance, complex systems, organizational learning, safety, and the conditions that help people flourish. A central purpose is translating scientific theory and evidence into practical applications.
