Supplied-edition defects may be corrected; future revised editions, new courses, customization, LMS administration and guaranteed response times are not included. Retain version and completion records and assess ongoing suitability as requirements and work change. Company-LMS completion does not automatically transfer to Jenkins Academy, issue an Academy program award, establish external certification or authorize work. Statutory rights remain applicable.
