Use it with the crew

Walk the work area, discuss the prompts with the people doing the work, and record the conditions you actually find. Identify who will verify each control and when the job needs another briefing. Pause affected work when a safeguard is missing or uncertain and contact the responsible person.

Free use and limits

Free for personal and internal workplace use. You may copy and adapt working sheets for that use. Retain attribution and limits. No resale or redistribution as a standalone commercial product.
