Help me find the right information
For course support, include the course code, lesson or module, and what you were trying to do. For a broken link, include the page address and the destination that failed. For a purchase question, use the order reference rather than payment-card details.
Use a reply address you can access. A name alone does not establish ownership of an account or record; any needed verification can be arranged after the initial inquiry. Do not attach identity documents, medical information, confidential employer records, passwords, or assessment answers.
The form confirms a saved message with a reference number. Keep that reference for follow-up. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a course, create an account, or subscribe you to email updates.
Read the privacy policy for information about records and their use, or cookies and browser storage for device-level choices. An inquiry is reviewed privately; this form does not automatically change or delete records.
