LEARN TOGETHER

Useful conversations, at your pace.

Course discussions let you ask questions, share reflections, and learn from other people without meeting at the same time.

Who can see your posts?

Threads and replies are visible to signed-in learners with access to that course and to Todd. They are not public web pages. Your chosen discussion name appears beside each post; your account email is not shown. Choose a name you are comfortable sharing.

Make the conversation useful

  • Choose the relevant module, or select a course-wide topic.
  • Give your thread a clear title. Explain your question, what you tried, or what changed your thinking.
  • Ask neutral questions and explain your reasoning. Disagree with ideas respectfully.
  • Use public, fictional, or sufficiently deidentified examples. Leave out employer, client, participant, and personal confidential information.
  • Do not post assessment answers, completed graded assignments, passwords, personal contact details, advertising, or abusive content.

Learning, feedback, and support

Discussions are optional and do not change grades, completion records, or assessment attempts. Course requirements remain on each course’s outline. Your instructor may reply, and peer conversation can continue in the meantime. There is no guaranteed response time and no automatic email notification.

Use private course feedback for ratings and suggested improvements. Use Academy support for private account questions, accessibility requests, assessment appeals, or help needing a direct reply.

Reporting and moderation

Use “Report this post” or “Report this reply” to send Todd a private concern. Reporting does not automatically remove content. Todd can hide or restore posts, pin a useful thread, or close and reopen replies. Hidden material remains available to the owner for review, and moderation actions are recorded.

Your information

Posts and replies are stored with your account identifier, chosen discussion name, course and module, and timestamps. Reports and moderation history are private to the owner. For a correction or deletion request, use the privacy contact form and include the discussion link. See the privacy policy for retention and account rights.
