Purchase terms and license
Safety Management System (SMS): $1,499 USD each year plus applicable tax, charged at purchase and automatically renewed annually until canceled. One legal company and its temporary project sites; no per-project subscription fee. Includes all released site-hosted digital materials, tools, instructor kits, LMS editions, and assessment/certificate fees while active, including new releases. Use the purchasing account for the private company workspace and downloads; individual learning records remain personal. Shared employee workspaces are a separate pilot. Cancel renewal online in billing before the next renewal date; access continues through the paid period. No voluntary prorated refunds, subject to rights required by law. Expiry stops hosted premium access and new premium downloads, but does not delete your records or revoke previously issued certificates; retained company-use copies remain usable internally. Physical goods, outside-retailer purchases and commissioned professional work are separate. Unreleased or incomplete content is not a promised delivery date, certification or compliance approval.
Prices are USD. Stripe shows applicable tax and the final total before payment. Digital delivery follows confirmed payment in your purchases. No meetings, calls, customization or response-time commitment is included. No voluntary refunds after digital access is supplied, subject to rights required by law.
