How support works

Who receives the payment?

Todd Jerome Jenkins receives contributions for the educational or research purpose described in the chosen fund. The Academy and JRI are initiative names, not separate nonprofit recipients. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

How are designations used?

The selected fund and school or project are recorded with the payment. Related development, accessibility, hosting, administration, and payment-processing expenses may be paid within that purpose. Fund labels are accounting designations, not separate bank accounts.

What if a project changes?

If a designated activity cannot proceed, we will contact the supporter about an alternative use or a refund rather than silently move the payment to an unrelated purpose.

Does support buy access?

No. Contributions do not purchase course enrollment, a credential, favorable assessment results, participation in a study, or an investment. Public resources and published course-access rules remain separate.

What about research oversight?

Funding does not authorize human-participant recruitment or data collection. Each project must meet its stated ethics and governance requirements. See JRI Ethics & Governance.
