Participate in Research
Learn about voluntary research participation, informed consent, privacy, and membership boundaries at JRI.
Participation begins with an informed choice.
There are no recruiting studies, enrollment forms, eligibility screens, or research-consent processes available at present. Future studies will provide their own participant information and contact details.
What future study information will explain
- The study purpose, procedures, duration, and eligibility requirements.
- Potential risks, anticipated benefits, and privacy or confidentiality limits.
- Voluntary participation, the right to decline, and how to withdraw; any limits on removing already analyzed or de-identified information.
- Whether compensation is offered, how it is calculated, and any conditions.
- How to ask study questions or raise participant-rights concerns, including an independent reviewer’s contact when applicable.
Informed consent is a process of understanding and choosing, rather than simply signing a form.
Membership is separate from research.
Paid membership is never required to participate in JRI research. Declining or withdrawing from research will not reduce ordinary membership access or paid benefits.
Public visitors may receive approved study information and findings. Registered members may receive approved updates and resources. Paid resources may include interpretation, education, and implementation tools.
Paid membership must never purchase identifiable participant data, preferential research participation, favorable scientific findings, or influence over JRI conclusions.
Ask a participation question or raise a concern. Please do not submit research responses or sensitive participant information through the general inquiry form.
