Policy and HOP sample
[Employer] shall prevent harmful cold exposure by changing the work and providing effective protection before relying on worker endurance. Cover employees, temporary workers and supervised contractor interfaces in cold outdoor work, refrigeration/freezers, loading areas, unheated buildings and wet or windy work. A worker may stop, warm up and report a concern without retaliation. Do not treat the absence of an injury as proof that controls work.
Excerpt only. Complete task controls, forms and use terms are available through the access options above.
