Policy and HOP sample
[Employer] shall permit electrical testing only when the actual task, equipment, qualified-person authorization, instrument suitability, electrical condition and protective measures have been verified. Deenergize before exposure unless a documented applicable exception permits the specific energized task. Treat unverified circuits as energized. Stop for uncertain identification, unsafe access, defective instruments or unexplained readings; production need does not override the hold.
Excerpt only. Complete task controls, forms and use terms are available through the access options above.
