Policy and HOP sample
[Employer] shall implement an actual hazardous-waste cleanup program and site-specific safety and health plan before covered work. Determine the governing operation and sector, attach the comprehensive workplan and qualified characterization, verify training/field certification, medical and control readiness, and keep the adopted HASP on site. Stop work when hazards, monitoring, protection or emergency capability are uncertain; a generic spill plan or online course alone does not authorize cleanup entry.
Excerpt only. Complete task controls, forms and use terms are available through the access options above.
