Policy and HOP sample

[Employer] shall begin mine-site services only after the actual jurisdiction, mine hazards, worker training, contractor responsibilities, task controls and emergency arrangements have been verified with the production-operator. A gate badge, generic orientation, OSHA card or contractor number does not establish readiness. Stop when the assigned work, mine conditions or authority differs from the approved package; do not proceed on an assumption that the mine or another contractor has covered the duty.

Excerpt only. Complete task controls, forms and use terms are available through the access options above.
