Policy and HOP sample
The employer will assess actual occupational hazards, document the occupation, assessment dates and assessor, and provide suitable PPE that fits each employee. Workers must demonstrate proper use before PPE-required work; changed work, equipment or deficient skills trigger reassessment and retraining.
