Actual teaching materials from Module 1

Inside the download
For safety managers and operations leaders who need to teach supervisors, this kit organizes the PA-001 teaching materials into one downloadable package. It covers supervisory responsibilities, hazard recognition, control verification, planning, communication, event response and learning, with an integrated capstone.
Each module pairs editable PowerPoint slides with detailed instructor notes, a participant workbook and a facilitator guide. The notes explain the subject, suggest teaching language and discussion questions, identify common misunderstandings and guide the transition to practice. The guides provide answer anchors, assessment rubrics and records for attendance, feedback and follow-up.
Use the course-wide instructor guide and delivery schedule to prepare your sessions. Add company procedures and examples within the permission terms, identify substantive changes and keep locally adapted assessments distinct. The kit supports foundational supervisory judgment; actual technical decisions and work authorization remain with the employer’s designated processes.
