Purchase terms and refund policy

These terms apply to new purchases of the Frontline Safety Supervisor Foundations instructor kit accepted under this version. They supplement the Internal Company Training Permission (PDF). They do not retroactively replace terms accepted for an earlier order.
All digital sales are final. No voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges are offered, subject to rights required by law. Review the actual materials and free sample before buying.

Product and seller
Frontline Safety Supervisor Foundations PA-001 Instructor Kit is a digital teaching kit from Jenkins Academy of Applied Technology, sold by Todd Jerome Jenkins. The purchasing company's legal name is recorded with the order. The purchaser must be authorized to act for that company.
Price and delivery
The introductory price is $99 USD plus applicable sales tax for one complete downloadable edition. This is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal charge. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Review the tax and total payable before payment. After successful payment verification, download the ZIP from Your purchases using the same signed-in account used at checkout. No physical product is shipped. Save a company backup after downloading.
Included files and software
The download contains 12 module kits and course-wide preparation materials: 166 editable PowerPoint slides with detailed instructor notes, participant workbooks, facilitator and answer guides, rubrics, training records, a delivery schedule, file index and internal company training permission. Editable files use PPTX and DOCX formats. A compatible presentation or word-processing application is needed to edit them. PDFs are supplied for reading and printing. Extract the ZIP before opening its linked index. The kit is not a SCORM or xAPI course package.
Company training permission
The included Internal Company Training Permission controls permitted use. It covers one purchasing legal entity and its locations, eligible internal learners and repeat internal sessions. It allows labelled company adaptations and controlled internal hosting under its conditions. Separate legal entities, public posting, resale and external client training require separate permission. Keep the purchase record and permission together. A full refund of the purchase ends continued teaching and distribution rights as described in the refund policy.
Learning and scope
The Jenkins Academy of Applied Technology online course remains free under its own access and assessment requirements. Purchasing or teaching this kit does not automatically confer a course award, academic credit, professional certification or employer work authorization. The employer remains responsible for suitable instruction, current local requirements, practical training and authorization. The purchase covers the supplied edition. Future editions, updates, customization, teaching services and ongoing support are not included or promised.

Refund policy
All digital sales are final
This is a digital download. All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges after purchase, including for a change of mind or after files have been downloaded. Review the product description, sample, software requirements and company training permission before paying.
Download problems and billing errors
If a file is missing, corrupt or inaccessible, or you believe you were charged twice, contact us through https://www.toddjeromejenkins.com/contact?topic=payments with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help correct delivery or billing errors. This policy does not limit any remedy required by applicable law.
Refund handling and copies
If a refund is required or a billing correction is made, it returns to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. A full refund of the purchase ends the company's permission to continue using and distributing the kit. The company must delete reusable kit copies and stop further training from them, except for copies or records it is legally required to retain. Retained records do not grant further teaching or distribution rights. Nothing in this condition limits a mandatory legal right.
Payment review
Download access may be paused following a refund, dispute or other payment review. Contact us with the order reference if you believe access was paused in error. Do not make a duplicate payment to resolve an access problem.
