General Occupational Safety

This course awards an online knowledge completion record after all lesson checks, at least 80% on the final assessment with every critical decision correct, and a 1–5 star course rating. Three final-assessment attempts are available, with targeted review between attempts. It does not confer an OSHA card, professional certification or employer work authorization.

Employer workplace component: The employer must complete the actual site plan review, usable alarm and route arrangements, accountability, assigned assistant training and any specialist role instruction. The online result does not establish that workplace evidence or authorize emergency response.

Further attempts require the specified review or approved remediation. Course-specific passing requirements remain in effect.
