How certificates and workplace training fit together
Free learning requires a free signed-in account. Where offered, use the standalone purchase or an eligible jSMS company pool with 40 Training Credits per earned certificate. Credits are used only when the certificate is first earned and issued; study, failed attempts and reprints use no credits. Complete the stated learning, passing assessment and course requirements. Existing subscriptions retain their recorded terms. Purchase alone never awards a certificate.
