General awareness; care qualifications and specialized training remain separate. This is a general workplace-safety overview for employees in health care and social assistance. It does not replace employer, facility, agency, host or task-specific instruction. It does not provide clinical training, professional licensing, patient or client transfer or restraint training, infection-control or bloodborne-pathogen training, respirator qualification, safeguarding or mandated-reporting training, or required privacy instruction. First aid, CPR, AED, medication, equipment, security and rescue duties require their own preparation and assigned roles. The quiz and worksheet grant no clinical qualification, care-task authorization or work authorization.
The free SCORM 1.2 package includes all seven lessons, activities, the final quiz and the fillable supervisor worksheet. Sign in to download it, then have your LMS administrator test it in your platform before assigning it to employees.

Assessment and completion
Complete the lessons in order and correctly answer every practice check. Practice is unlimited. Pass with at least 11 of 13 correct, including the course-scope question about task qualifications. You may retake the final assessment after reviewing missed topics. An assessment attempt counts only when the server confirms it.
After passing, submit a 1–5 star rating to finish the course. Every rating is accepted equally; written feedback is optional. Your account retains the online knowledge completion, and you can download a knowledge record. This course does not issue an OSHA Outreach card or a professional or occupational certification.
Employer workplace component
Begin the supervisor or host walkthrough at a permitted meeting point. Confirm assigned duties, age and task limits, required instruction, supervisor and backup, care boundaries, handling aids, routes, room precautions and home-visit arrangements. Review applicable products, SDS, PPE, exposure procedures, threats and emergency roles and resources. Record open questions, owners, follow-up times and affected tasks that must wait. Exclude confidential patient, resident, client, child, staff and security information. The employer records this separately; the online result and worksheet grant no clinical qualification, care-task authorization or work authorization. Move to safety and seek emergency help promptly in immediate danger.
The employer determines applicability and provides instruction in language and vocabulary the employee understands. Where the standard requires interaction with a knowledgeable or qualified trainer, arrange appropriate access through the employer. Training support is asynchronous and has no guaranteed response time. Use the employer’s designated route for urgent safety decisions and required timely trainer access.
Online completion alone does not establish workplace compliance, operator qualification, competent-person status or permission to perform a hazardous task. Keep employer verification and any medical information in the employer’s appropriate records.
